Customer service for shop and operations


Our customer service is us. Of course, we often consult with each other and it sometimes takes a little extra time to get things done, but we are always ready to help you.
You are always welcome, but unfortunately you can't yet:
  • Pick up orders without an appointment
  • Deal with complaints physically
All purchases can be exchanged/returned within 14 days of purchase, valid from the moment of delivery.

What can we help you with?


Customer service handles special orders, internet and mail orders, questions about opening hours, product information, etc.
Our regular team member Remco (+ one replacement here and there) is available Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 8pm to answer your questions. Customer service is now closed on weekends. We do our best to respond to emails within 72 hours; for emails sent over the weekend, we aim to respond on Monday.
