Right of withdrawal


You have the right to return products not specially ordered or made for you without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery.

Provided that the products are returned undamaged in their original packaging.

Something doesn't suit you or doesn't fit? Even though we do our very best to make our article descriptions, photos and size recommendations as clear as possible and to improve them, it can still happen that climbing shoes don't fit, a backpack model doesn't fit well or the fabric feels different than expected.

You have 14 days to evaluate the article.

You can register your return within the cooling-off period with us, using the Model Form for a Cancellation as attached to our General Terms and Conditions. After that you have 7 days to actually return the items. Please note that we may charge a reduced value if the items are returned used, such as if attached labels have been removed or if the items are stained. It is not permitted to use an item beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics, function and nature of the product. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to exchange an item online. If you are happy with your item but would like it to be in a different colour or size, please send us the unwanted item for a refund and specify the new order. That way, the replacement item will come to you as soon as possible!


Return costs

For quick return processing, please follow the following 4 return steps:

1. Fill in the details via: the return form from Sendcloud, our partner for shipments and returns. This allows us to process your return as quickly as possible.
2. Pack the items: Send the items back to us - if reasonably possible - in their undamaged original packaging and in a suitable cardboard box.
3. Send the package: As the customer, you bear the direct costs of returning the item. You can choose from the following options:

  • Use the return label. This is not possible if you have opted for "payment on account" as a payment method. The costs will be deducted from the credit note.
  • tamp the package sufficiently and send it to:

Do not send the items without franking as we will then have to deduct the extra costs from your credit note.

4. You get your money back. As soon as the products arrive, we will check and process them. You will then receive an e-mail from us. Any payments already made will always be refunded via the payment method you used to pay us. This normally takes place within 7-10 working days after cancellation (please note that during busy periods this can take up to 14 days).

Shipping damage

Unfortunately, sometimes damage occurs during transport. In such cases we will provide a replacement. Please check your shipment for damage immediately upon receipt. If possible, have any damage recorded by the delivery service immediately upon receipt.

Inform our team directly via the contact form or call +31 (0)6 - 2127 8082, so that we can arrange a refund or exchange of your order immediately. Failure to register the damage with the delivery service or to contact us will in no way affect your statutory warranty rights. However, you will be helping us to assert our own claims against the logistics company or the transport insurance company.
